ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND STRESS TESTS

The following questionnaires about anxiety and depression have been developed and validated by Zung. The anxiety test, named anxiety auto-evaluation scale, provides a measure of the present anxiety level of a person. The depression test, defined depression auto-evaluation scale, is used to detect a depressive tendency in the person taking it. The stress test has been developed by Nienteansia.it, instead. These three instruments do not possess a diagnostic function and their purpose is solely to highlight thoughts and behaviours that are usually associated with a specific disorder.
